Most leadership development focuses on individual leaders, but my research and practice focus on collective leadership—how leadership emerges through relationships, networks, communication, and shared responsibility. I help organizations move beyond developing a handful of high-potential individuals to creating cultures where leadership is distributed and sustainable.
